General & Occupancy

Q: How many guests can this property accommodate?
A: We comfortably accommodate up to 8 registered guests. Please note that there is an additional fee for groups exceeding 5 or 6 guests (specific thresholds apply based on your booking terms).

Q: Is the property professionally cleaned?
A: Yes, absolutely. Our townhouse is professionally cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards before every arrival to ensure your safety and comfort.

Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements

Q: How many bedrooms are there, and what are the bed sizes?
A: We have three dedicated bedrooms and a versatile fourth sleeping area:

• Master Bedroom (2nd Floor): Features a comfortable King Bed, TV, and a private en-suite full bathroom.
• Second Bedroom: Features a comfortable Queen Bed, TV, and a private en-suite full bathroom.
• Third Bedroom: Features a comfortable King Bed, TV, and access to a full bathroom.
• Fourth Area (1st Floor): This space can be converted into a 4th bedroom using a sofa-bed.

Q: How many bathrooms are available?
A: We have a total of 4 bathrooms:

• Three (3) full bathrooms.
• One (1) shared half bathroom located on the 2nd floor.

Kitchen & Amenities

Q: What is included in the kitchen?
A: We offer a fully stocked kitchen ready for meal preparation. This includes:

• Full-size appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave).
• Small appliances (blender & coffeemakers).
• All cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and cooking supplies.

Q: Do you provide linens and towels?
A: Yes. We include all bath towels, beach towels, and fresh bed linens for your group.

Q: Is there a washer and dryer?
A: Yes, you will have full private access to our own large-capacity washer and dryer.

Access & Entry

Q: How do we enter the property?
A: The townhouse features a keyless coded entry system for your convenience. You will not need to worry about physical keys. There are also two private front entries and a rear door entry for easy access.

Resort Amenities & Activities

Q: Do we have access to the Mariners Club Resort amenities?
A: Yes! You have full access to all Mariners Club Resort amenities, including:

• Oasis & Elevated Pools.
• Grotto Jacuzzi Spa and Hot Spa.
• Clubhouse Gameroom.
• World-class Fitness Center.
• Sandy sun-tanning beach area (perfect for reading or watching sailboats in the Atlantic).
• Long fishing pier.

Q: Are there BBQ grills available?
A: Yes, there are various community outdoor BBQ grills available. Additionally, there is a private patio grill at the townhouse.

Extras & Location

Q: Is there anything else available to use during our stay?
A: We offer extra amenities to enhance your stay. Depending on availability, you may find a few fishing rods and 2 to 4 tennis rackets for guest use.

Q: Where is this located? What is nearby?
A: We are in a fantastic, central location! We are just a short distance from local restaurants, shopping centers, and other attractions.

Q: Is there an instruction manual for the house or local info?
A: Yes, we provide a manual that contains lots of useful information about the property and local area recommendations.

Q: Is there air conditioning?
A: Yes. The townhouse is equipped with three air conditioning units (1 Central AC and 2 additional ACs on the first floor) to keep you comfortable.
